We’re a small team making magic BTS ✨—filling orders 📦, creating new items, and sprinkling pixie dust on every package. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about preorders, shipping, exchanges, and more!





🚚 Preorder Shipping Schedule



(Tentative — may fluctuate by 5–7 business days)


  • 🦇 Final Spooky Season Order
    (Oh Bats, Spooky Magic Mouse, Characters in Costume — orders placed early August)
    ETA: 9/9 – 9/16
  • 🎁 Christmas in July Prints (Mid-July orders)
    ETA: 9/25 – 10/10
  • 🎄 Christmas in July Prints (End-July orders)
    ETA: 10/10 – 10/20
  • ❄️ Final Christmas, Sweet Sorcerer and Park Girly
    (Orders placed end of August)
    ETA: 10/27 – 11/6
  • 🌟 Safari, Toys, Galaxy Magic, Snow Globes, Pink Icons & Princess Pictures
    (Orders placed early September)
    ETA: 10/30 – 11/11






🏰 Shipping Speed & Transit Times



  • 🚀 The shipping speed you select at checkout refers only to carrier transit time after USPS scans your items.
  • ⏳ It does not speed up warehouse packing or processing times.
  • 📝 Current processing time: 3–5 business days.
  • 📦 Priority or Express shipping means faster shipping once processed, not skipping ahead in the queue.



💡 Tip: Ordering for an upcoming trip? 🎢🏰 We recommend upgrading your shipping at checkout or shipping directly to your Disney resort 🏨. Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier.

  • 🔄 Can my shipping/orders be combined? No.
  • 🕐 Current processing time: About 5 business days.
  • 🏠 Can I change my shipping address? No.
  • ✏️ Can I change/edit my order? No.
  • 🏨 Do you ship to Disney hotels? Yes—enter the hotel address at checkout.
  • 📧 Has my order shipped? You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.
  • 🎯 Need an item by a certain date? Email us to confirm before ordering. Unless overnight shipping is selected, please allow 2 weeks for full processing + shipping time.

⚠️ Oversells can happen in high-traffic drops. If an item you purchased is unavailable, you’ll be refunded for that specific item.


We’re a small business run by moms ❤️ Mistakes can happen. If you receive the incorrect item or size, please email us with photos so we can approve a return prepaid label.





👕 Park Essentials Clothing – Exchange Policy



If you ordered the wrong size or need to exchange an item, follow these steps:


  1. 📧 Email us first to let us know.
  2. 🚚 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  3. 🧾 Include your invoice in the package. Without it, we can’t identify your order.
  4. ✅ Condition of item: Must be new, unworn, scent-free, and in original packaging.
    • Items not returned in the original clear bag will have $5 deducted from the shop credit.

  5. 🗓️ Timing: Items must be sent back within 3 days of receipt.



⚡ Refunds are not available. All approved returns receive shop credit only.

Credits will appear in your customer portal under the email used to purchase and can be applied at checkout 🛍️


📆 Effective July 10, 2024:

No size swaps due to limited stock and inventory control. Shop credit only.
