stock is RTS, tat is normal. All Blankets are printed with all over pattern. Placement can and will vary. Blankets are poly, and due to printing process, washing before use is recommended. Due to polyester fabric, and the printing process, blankets can be slightly off in measurements, and that does not affect the overall use or design on the blanket. 
Tumblers also feature all over print, and placement can vary. Due to the pattern and process each tumbler will have a seam.
